I'm such a sad act that I got excited to use a new background for documenting my works for the project on instagram. If you sell nice wrapping paper, beware, I'm becoming a collector. Instead I found an ooold painting from university days, so I'm using that as a background instead.
As much as I umm-ed and ahh-ed over #The100DayProject this year, it couldn't of come sooner. I'm in a rut when it comes to printmaking. I have lino sitting around un-used and for all my good intentions I don't even know where to start. I ordered some more screenprinting medium and I don't know why.
So, for the project this year, I'm doing #100DaysofOneLonelyLine, and trying to get back into drawing from life again instead of reference images on a screen. I want to develop more of a style, I love contour drawings so that's where I'm going. Some will be good, some will be ok and some will be down right terrible, but I'm almost excited about the bad ones.
Also, like last year, I'm gonna feature projects that I stumble across so please do come give me a poke on instagram or twitter if you too are taking part, community, yo!
